Was really excited to try the dunk it bucket or whatever the name is and while I was waiting for my order the woman at the window said "ugghhh oh my god" I'm assuming because she had another customer pull in wanting to order. My fries and tenders were stale and old and not even hot anymore not to mention the tenders were small- spent about $15 on terrible food.

This place needs to be shut down or have new management. Everytime i order here my food is wrong or dry. They always closed early or are understaffed. My father just went today for some dinner, he order a 3 piece chicken meal with just legs and they said they were out. He asked for a refund and got refused for one. They said they can’t refund but they can substitute, at this point my father was upset and just said whatever. He came home and realized half his food he paid for wasn’t there. We will not be returning to this location.

The inside of the building is so nasty and the bathrooms are dirty and smells like sewage and the food is always cold and just went down hill and the crew members are very rude this store needs a remodel and new management.

They need to get NEW management to run this place. This same crappy staff has been running this place for YEARS and somehow are still there despite they aren’t doing their jobs. Every single time I come through this place they are always OUT OF CHICKEN. This time around I came through at 7:00 and they said they were out for the night because all the chicken was frozen. If you were doing your jobs the chicken should’ve been thawed HOURS AGO instead of waiting for the chicken to run out without backup chicken thawed out. Last time I came through they were out of chicken too.

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. Especially on restaraunts or stores in general but this experience warranted one. I will never go back to this KFC. It was the worst food I have eaten in quite some time. I stopped on my way home to pick up an order my son had placed an online. I pulled around and waited for the order no big deal. Got it home and the 2 chicken sandwiches were not in the bag. Called but the line just kept ringing busy. Went back to the store and the woman in the drive thru was very nice. She asked for the bag. We gave it to her and waited. She came back a little while later with the same bag and had put the 2 sandwiches in it. Personally I would have replaced the whole meal as now the fries and tenders are going to be cold but anyway not that big of a deal so we took the food home and started to eat. The fries and tenders were disgusting. They weren't just cold like from 30 minutes or so ago. These things were like they had been sitting for days. Same for the cherry popper things, they were inedible. The chicken sandwiches were warm but the bun on one was so stale we could have played frisbee with it. I'm just praying we don't get food poisoning from the small amount we did eat. I don't know if they are short staffed or what the deal is but I sure hope something is done about the quality (or lack of ) when it comes to the food at this KFC.

I picked up a 12 piece with 3 large sides (1 Cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy) and ordered 1 more large Cole slaw. I got home and found that both the mashed potatoes were about 1/3 the way full and only 1 gravy but still more gravy than mashed potatoes.also 1 of the 2 Cole slaws were half full. This meal cost over $50 and I had to go buy more potatoes.
Here at Jigaboo Junction, we tend to run lazy. We don't like working at all. Better go elsewhere.

I went to the El Reno location and ordered 8 pieces for the $10 special. Mrs. Mercedez handed them to me. I asked for some ketchup and honey. She gave me only 2 packs of each. I asked her if I could have some more. She said no because you don't have a biscuit, and it was a special deal, that's all you can get. I asked her name she paused for a moment then told me was Jane or Gene. But I looked at the receipt her name is Mercedez. She is around mid-60 years old but lies from left to right with the altitude. That's so cheap and rude. When I opened it, there was a chicken leg very tiny as the size of a chicken wing. Picture below. When I took it all out from home. I saw the bottom piece thigh was half burned and she hiding at the bottom of the basket. I did report. Never come back for sure.
