Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this unit I eat here after work about 3 days out of the week. This location usually closes about 9pm although today the mgr told me the fryers were cut off early and refused to drop me fresh nuggets. I never have issues with this location but after the lack of customer service I will not be coming back I’m extremely disappointed.

Charlene, and Jean gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time they’re both very good managers! The chicken was fresh and juicy as only kfc should be! They were patient with my trying to figure out my order and the app. Thanks to two great managers!

This was my best KFC experience ever. The food was great and the employees were helpful, courteous, and professional. The manager Robert worked to satisfy us and made sure we were happy. I recommend stopping at this KFC while passing through El Reno, Oklahoma.

Pulled in at 8:15pm. Was told they had a few wings but that they had already turned off the fryers for the night. I didnt end up getting the wings and left. If fryers are going off at 8, then just close the store. Why wait until 9?

After working with stupid ppl all day I come here for food just to get shitty and rude customer service. This place sucks!!! The man was such a smart ass. You know not everyone eats here every day and knows what's on your menu by memory. Please somebody train these employees and next time hire competent staff.

This is the worst kfc I've ever seen and weve been a faithful kfc family my entire life, im from west Virginia and the kfcs there are great, if you pay attention to every resturant close to kfc are packed, drive thrus full and then you look over at kfc and its empty, i understand why now, the employees look like they sleep in the back, the portions they give are half the bowl, and not to mention they are the first store to not offer kfc plates for families having an outing. If someone from corporate would show up in plain clothes unannounced they would be shut down the next day. NOBODY EAT FROM KFC IN EL RENO.
