I wouldn't even give a single star . I have tried to call to give them an opportunity to fix it. My chicken sandwich was so hard all the way around. Not eatable! Very frustrating for line to be busy . I see other reviews say the same thing. Maybe the corporate team needs to address this issue. At my job we would be in big trouble for having phone off the hook.

Wow! Three wings for $15? Other locations ive recently visited are not this expensive. Front counter staff wasn't too friendly, knowledgeable, or helpful. Think I'll hold off on patronizing this KFC location.

I’m disabled, got home and realized they forgot half my order. Not only that they did not give me a receipt and when I tried to call the phone was off the hook. They did nothing to rectify this. It takes A LOT upset me or for me to speak up or even leave a bad review. But I will NOT be returning. And, yes, I have worked in the service industry before.

Horrible place ! Stopped in there today to eat lunch. Went to the restroom first …. Omg. ! A tornado literally went thru there! Toilet was broke, garbage and who knows what everywhere, the hand towel dispenser was hanging off the wall. I came out and told the girl working there that I will not be eating here. If your bathrooms look like this I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like !
Website says 9pm closing time. Showed up and 8:20pm and was refused service....

This kfc is probably one of the worst ones.... the staff is usually rude for no reason and the food is always awful. It tastes either old or just bad. They used to be good a few years ago, I would go all the time... but recently they've just been so bad. I'd rather make a trip to Yukon to get kfc... especially after three people I personally know got food poisoning from here. ?
