When in for a pickup to get a pizza and some crazy bread took 20 minutes all the employees were there they weren't doing jack the manager was even there and still it took damn near 20 minutes

Ordered pizza and crazy bread online. Husband went to pick up didnāt get everything we ordered he let them know he was pretty sure I ordered 3 crazy breads person at window said no just 2 came home I did in fact order 3. Headed back up there called husband on the way as the pizza we ordered was not only wrong it was barely cooked. Went back up there has them remake the pizza, also barely cooked but toppings were almost right decided to give up and cook it the rest of the way at home. Iāll just spend the extra 20 bucks at dominos for way better pizza. āCo-managerā is the one that caused most issues.

I just got a 3 meat it wasn't hot it was barely warm and when I got home started to eat the pizza was hard like it was made the night before. Only time I ever get a good pizza is when first open or if I get lucky and it just came out of the oven. I love little Caesars pizza frish. All I'm saying hot and ready is a lie it should be warm and ready but never still i won't be going back there. PS Service is always great and friendly.

Last few times iāve gotten pizza here and let me just say, the quality on the pizza has down graded sooo much. The crust is very thin and dry. It is never cut all the way through. In one instance the pizza wasnāt even cut at all. There has been a few times where the drive through worker has given me a dirty look. I donāt know what happened to this place, it used to be great, but will not be coming back anytime soon.

Iām a 64-year-old lady and I always try to leave a somewhat positive review, but my experience at Little Caesarās was truly disappointing. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and what I received was burnt and cold. When I asked if they could make me a new one, I was told they had no more pizzas available. That was frustrating and honestly hard to understand ā how does a pizza place run out of pizza? Especially when they are supposed to be āhot and readyā On top of that, the breadsticks were cold and so hard I couldnāt even enjoy them. It felt like everything had been sitting out too long, and the staff didnāt seem too concerned when I brought it up.

Tried to compliment the girl at the window cause she had pink hair and I thought it was cool but she gave me a really dirty look and ignored me when I was trying to be super nice. I work in customer service too so I know you should be nice to people working in it. But idk thatās probably the nastiest attitude Iāve ever encountered from a place Iāve received service from. Donāt think I will be back for a while Iāll just get pizza somewhere else. I also have anxiety when it comes to drive thrus and ordering food and that pretty much put me in a bad mood for the rest of the night. So thanks for that.

Iāve ordered here before and it has been cold and not fresh.. after waiting about 10 mins I got my super cold and not fresh pizza again.. what is the deal here..

Too concerned with talking about who is sleeping with who. Who was who's first. Who's about to fight who. And hugging, to bother keeping the meats at proper Temps and getting orders right. Only come here for food poisoning. Shut these kids down.

I ordered 2 pretzel crusts, waited nearly 40 minutes, then as I arrived was told they didnāt have the crust, after talking more she changed it to āthereās no cheeseā. They then gave someone else the EXACT same pizza, they āhad no ingredients forā absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT come here!!!
UPDATE: not even an hour later a family member called and they made itš¤¦āāļø Stating there was just too many orders at once and thatās why they refused???
