Still have not seen the refund after being charged 30.00 for 2 three meat treat pizzas. Even after going inside and explaining the situation...the manager there assured me that it has been reversed. That was a lie. I hope someone from upper management can resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.[Update: Still waiting for the refund.]

The girl at the window was nice. My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese. When we got there, there were two workers smoking weed next to the drive thru. One of them had a pen then went and got the other one. She started smoking the pen and the other one started rolling one behind the drive thru screen. Unacceptable.

Cancelled my order after waiting inside for the entirety of my lunch break. And I placed my order well in advance. The customers that were there were all waiting for theirs too but on the verge of cancelling too. This place is a dumpster fire. Even the drinks in the front cooler are expired. I get a business gets busy but they need to take ownership and let ppl know when they come in or come through the drive thru.

When in for a pickup to get a pizza and some crazy bread took 20 minutes all the employees were there they weren't doing jack the manager was even there and still it took damn near 20 minutes

Ordered pizza and crazy bread online. Husband went to pick up didn’t get everything we ordered he let them know he was pretty sure I ordered 3 crazy breads person at window said no just 2 came home I did in fact order 3. Headed back up there called husband on the way as the pizza we ordered was not only wrong it was barely cooked. Went back up there has them remake the pizza, also barely cooked but toppings were almost right decided to give up and cook it the rest of the way at home. I’ll just spend the extra 20 bucks at dominos for way better pizza. “Co-manager” is the one that caused most issues.

I just got a 3 meat it wasn't hot it was barely warm and when I got home started to eat the pizza was hard like it was made the night before. Only time I ever get a good pizza is when first open or if I get lucky and it just came out of the oven. I love little Caesars pizza frish. All I'm saying hot and ready is a lie it should be warm and ready but never still i won't be going back there. PS Service is always great and friendly.

Last few times i’ve gotten pizza here and let me just say, the quality on the pizza has down graded sooo much. The crust is very thin and dry. It is never cut all the way through. In one instance the pizza wasn’t even cut at all. There has been a few times where the drive through worker has given me a dirty look. I don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be great, but will not be coming back anytime soon.
