Terrible customer service. I purchased some hot chocolate online. When I went to pick it up, I was told the machine was being cleaned and it would be a 15 minute wait. I could not wait so I asked them to cancel my order. Later I noticed it had not been cancelled and called the store manager. I was told that it was not possible to cancel because they had already charged my card even though I had not received the hot chocolate. I went through the drive through on July 17th, I bought my daughter a happy meal, she is a vegetarian and does not like meat, they refused to replace the meat with extra fries, they instead forced me to take the meat, also to top it off the chocolate milk they gave my daughter expired on July 5th, she looked at me while I was driving and told me that it taste funny, I looked inside and it was spoiled, she is now sick and vomiting, I have contacted the Oklahoma health department...read full review
We sat outside in our car when they told us to pull up for a 10 piece chicken nugget and still took them 15-20 min to even get us it I had to go inside and get them and they had been done for awhile

However, there were some issues with answering the speaker and getting orders wrong. Despite this, the fast and friendly service, along with delicious food, made a positive impression on travelers passing through. The employees were outgoing and welcoming, showing great customer service. Overall, this McDonald's stands out for its tasty food and excellent service, highly recommended for a satisfying meal experience.
