Drive thru line was unreasonably backed up for 2pm on a Wednesday. Fries were old and cold and the one saving grace could have been the Diet Coke, however they gave me a Dr Pepper. So disappointing!!

I waited 45 mins in the drive through. Ten of those minutes were at the window waiting to pay. I get to the other window, and they don’t know where my order is. They have three for the cars behind me, but not mine. I pull up and wait, again. I finally get my food. The fries were in the bag upside down and the order was incorrect. I understand being busy. But this was just unreal. The drive though is for convenience, I should not have to wait that long and pay for incorrect food. Please staff your stores better.

Man really all I wanted was two sausage cheese biscuits said it loud enough for the worker to hear me but nope ended up with two different orders that wasn't even mine this is the 4th time this has happen to me so looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I purchased some hot chocolate online. When I went to pick it up, I was told the machine was being cleaned and it would be a 15 minute wait. I could not wait so I asked them to cancel my order. Later I noticed it had not been cancelled and called the store manager. I was told that it was not possible to cancel because they had already charged my card even though I had not received the hot chocolate. And I would have to come back to the store and receive a refund. This is totally unacceptable. How can they charge me for something before I receive it?

If your going to check all the items as if they are there in a doordash order, MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE ACTUALLY THERE. Paid the doordash mark up and tip to only get watered down drinks. TERRIBLE AND NO EXCUSE.
