They were just standing around doing nothing. And we were the only customer's inside the restaurant both times

Fries were really cold, food was cold. Sweet tear tasted off and gross and sodas taste flat except sprite. Employees were rude and seemed like they didn't want to help, seemed very irritated when asking for anything. Guest area was really dirty and good all over the place, bathroom was dirty. Only stayed so kids could play and then left.

Just went there twice in a row tonight. They got my order wrong twice! Ordered a double quarter lb combo and they gave me a big mac and stale fries. Got home and realized it was wrong. Went right back and got a double quarter lb and 2 regular quarter lbs and they gave us 3 regular quarter lbs and a mcdouble! DO NOT GO AT NIGHT! This is my last time! Only go in the mornings!

Run down building, sloppy food, ice cream machine is NEVER working. They run out of products but continue to allow it to be ordered through the app. When ordering chicken nuggets they forget to give you sauce about 60% to 70% of the time. Only reason to go here was the prices and even now the prices aren't all that great. Staff will tell you to go through the app for a refund if you ordered through the app just to avoid dealing with you as well. The day shift crew isn't the problem either. Once 5pm hits everything goes downhill from service to food quality and beyond. They need to get people in there that give a crap. They also need to pay their employees better so they have more incentive to give said crap.

Picked my order up got home the burger containers were wet from where the grease had soaked thru way too greasy to enjoy the order was placed online had two frozen Cokes they said wasn't frozen asked if wanted to wait I said just make them regular coke woman didn't offer a refund on the frozen coke up charge experiences like this is why we hardly eat at McDonald's anymore
Miranda the manager is rude and has the worst customer service I have ever seen at McDonalds… definitely will not ever come back!!! And it wasn’t to me but several customers!!!
