Diane was super sweet and generous to my kids when we dined in a few weeks ago. She walked up to us just as we spoke about how we missed sitting down to eat at a Pizza Hut we used to frequent in Florida. The Pizza Hut we tried in okc just wasn’t the same and didn’t bring back the nostalgic feeling we longed for, but this place did, and we’ll be ordering from here more often and dining in whenever we have the opportunity. Thank you again, Diane.

Food was well made and ready quickly. Minor glitch with my order which they immediately offered a fix for, no prodding or discussion needed. I am a big fan of good pizza huts and this seems like one of the good ones.

I called in annoyed and confused with the app. Diane is amazing. She explained to me everything I needed to know. I really appreciate her, got the pizza. It was grand but, I'm left smiling. What a rare soul. Diane, keep being a badass! I want initially rude. I needed that. Give this woman a pay raise or a corporate position.

They aren’t very patron friendly. I called and got left on hold twice for over 15 minutes so i drive there to place the order and not a person in the lobby but 3 employees and you mean to tell me you dont have time to take an order over the phone…. Smh

Jane in El Reno is the best!! She has been the most consistent employee at this location. She always makes you feel more than a customer, it’s like family!!! Jane puts the Hut in 🍕 pizza!!!
