I called in annoyed and confused with the app. Diane is amazing. She explained to me everything I needed to know. I really appreciate her, got the pizza. It was grand but, I'm left smiling. What a rare soul. Diane, keep being a badass! I want initially rude. I needed that. Give this woman a pay raise or a corporate position.

They aren’t very patron friendly. I called and got left on hold twice for over 15 minutes so i drive there to place the order and not a person in the lobby but 3 employees and you mean to tell me you dont have time to take an order over the phone…. Smh

I always order extra marinara. Two of the last three orders did not have extra marinara on them. And, the food was not good and hot this time.
Spent $75.18 on 3 items for delivery. My order was over 20 mins late and when I called to see where my order was they said it was on the way but didn't show up for 10 minutes and I live just down the street. Then finally getting the order the sauce wasn't even what I ordered. It was like melted butter. Also spilled on me and burned me. This is definitely my last time ordering from them.

Ordered online. I got an email said my order was ready at 755. (45 minutes from time I ordered) I pulled up at 810, not ready. Girl said they were working on it right now. Mind you i had 2 medium pizzas, cheese and meat lovers and some wings.... at 845 I got my order. Pizza and wings not hot. They had been sitting. I work in customer service and it was disappointing.
