Food was good. However Diane at the front register had a bad attitude. I didn’t say anything to her or give her any attitude because who knows I could come in on day she was having a really bad day. But while I was ordering she just seemed so over me being there while I was trying my best to order my food. I have a hard time going out in public because I severe social anxiety and ordering food is very hard for me. Doesn’t make it better when the lady taking my order is treating me like an inconvenience for just wanting to order my pizza. Good food but idk if I’m gonna be coming back anytime soon.

Highly disappointed, which is tough for a pizza place. I should have gone to one of the other options in El Reno.1. Pizzas were burnt. Like even my 5 year old brought up the burnt taste. The onions were so overcooked that it was like chewing on paper. I've never eaten burnt pizza, so thanks for that unpleasant experience, I guess...2. What kind of pizza place doesn't give you cheese and peppers with your carry out? I seriously thought it was a joke until the dude showed me the teeny container that you charge for!. But hey...eat in the ridiculously small restaurant and get your cheese for free! So dumb.

Was cold delivery was within less then 15 minutes however when delivered to our hotel room it was cold. Overall pizza hut at airports are always hot and tasty. Although I was disappointed at 8:30 pm after being on the road for 11 hours. It was a meal. Would I try Pizza Hut again ? sure but next time I'll go order it at Pizza Hut location before checking into a hotel when I'm on a road trip!

The manager of this store is a real witch-on-wheels who doesn't understand that the customer is always right, you don't yell at them in the parking lot and Crackheads shouldn't be working in hot pizza kitchens. Won't go back.
