Apparently they don't know the difference between Cafe and White chocolate. Never get my extra shots either. Off to Yukon as usual ONLY EL RENO CAN RUIN A STARBIES?

The Gouda and bacon sandwich was amazing and my mocha cookie crumble was to die for! They forgot the lining on the cup for my second drink and were quick to remedy it!

I ordered a reversed caramel frappe made with white mocha and coconut milk, pull around , he gave me a hot drink , I said excuse me I order a cold drink , he got pretty upset and gave me back whatever he had it ready, they did a horrible job messing up with my order and them get mad at me because I want them to make it right and got it wrong anyways, so never visiting this location ever again. My visit was on 07/03/24 just forgot to write my review

I recently visited the Starbucks in El Reno and had an exceptional experience. Bailey, the shift lead, demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Julian crafted a perfect blonde Americano that truly made my day. Additionally, Alex was incredibly friendly and added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The team's professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service are commendable. Highly recommend this location for a delightful coffee experience!
