When there's a single online order on the shelf and when I ask about it you only look in the direction instead of giving clear instructions and then supervise me, a foot and a half away, picking up my food (THE ONLY FOOD) with a snarky remark about checking the name, I'm probably not coming back. Foods fine. Subpar as usual with subway but, as someone who's worked in the food and bev industry for years, the service and attitude is atrocious. This all could have been avoided if the drive thru wasn't closed for no reason (definitely not for an abundance of guests).

Parking: 2 spots and a bunch of parallel parking.

Prices have gone way up for what you get. Sandwiches smaller and more expensive than they used to be. They need to stop calling them "foot longs" when they're barely 7.5 inches

I ordered online so that I didn't have to get out with a sick 18 month old and newborn, my mother ordered as well so she could stop and pick up both of our orders. There was apparently some glitch with the site, but I had my receipt online. She told us that wouldn't work because it didn't show I ordered from THAT subway. I came up there and showed that it has the store number, which is unique to that store alone, and they still said it wouldn't work. They laughed, rolled eyes, called me crazy, and and were so rude and disrespectful. MARIAH, who was rude and laughing at my mother, signed i was crazy to MANAGER AUDREY, and was not stopped or corrected. She literally continued on the entire time i was there and the manager never said one word. So basically shes agreeing that what shes saying and doing is okay. I paid for food I did not receive and they basically told me take it up with corporate, after my daughter had Nathan rolling his eyes and rude to her, my mother was rude back I won't lie. Then I came up there to get their names because it was so absolutely ridiculous. They laughed and let us know this had happened to other customers, but they couldn't do anything about it. So maybe think twice about online orders because the stores doing nothing to let corporate know they're having issues. The head manager won't return phone calls to handle the situation either. I'm 10000% sure nothing will be done about it either.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are not kid friendly, they showed such disrespectful behavior in front of my child. Especially Mariah. She made the sign for crazy rolling her eyes smirking about me TO THE MANAGER AUDREY who did not correct her or stop her at all, she continuously smirked laughed made faces in front of me and my child, and previously with my mother!!!!!! Had she been reprimanded the first time, her or NATHAN, none of it would have happened when i cake up there!!!!!!!

Won't accept some newspaper coupons, drive through has been unavailable for almost 2 years due to staffing issues. Management is unprofessional. Better off going to the Subway inside of the Loves gas station.

We were the only people in the restaurant and among the 4 people working, not a single person greeted us. The place was filthy with trash and food all over the floor and on every table. The bread for my sub was hard and stale. A definite disappointment, bit not all too different from previous experiences at this location.
