Use to be a decent place to eat. Not sure if it's ElReno or what but this place has gone down hill quick. Horrible service for sure and food just depends , not consistent. Other locations are ok but my goodness this place is bad.

First time ordering there. Tea is excellent. However, the okra was burnt to a crisp as you can see. I was expecting something totally different from what I got when I arrived home to eat my dinner. It was an expensive meal I did not enjoy. I will not waste my money again.

I recently moved away from OKC I saw a billboard for Swadley's and realized how much I was missing my favorite BBQ. I made a quick trip thru the drive-thru and was taken back by the request for a tip. On a metal rod, she pushed a credit card machine towards me, into my vehicle, telling me I could leave a tip. This machine was literally between me and my steering wheel. WOW!! I guess I was so astonished she said if you don't want to leave a tip you can just press the red x button, after I did that she gracefully removed the objects out of my car. The food was great as always, but WOW!! In my face and inside my vehicle, to leave her a tip? Who gets those tips and for what service? Does Swadley's really not pay their drive-thru help enough money?? #tippedout #overtipping

We were passing through and decided to stop for lunch/dinner before the long road home. The staff was very helpful answering my husband’s questions and ensuring we were happy with the food, which was delicious!

Usually it's great got a four rib dinner and a club sandwich didn't receive any sauce,napkins or plastic wear and fries were soggy and undercooked highly disappointed

Used to be the BEST place around but the food quality has deteriorated so much in the last couple of years. The staff now expects you to tip them just for handing your mediocre food out of the window. Had a great thing & it's seriously bottom of the barrel now. So sad. 😪

Service is fast and friendly! Prices are abit high for what you get though. Added bonus waitress was absolutely ONTOP of keeping drinks filled despite how busy it was

I love BBQ and I love what Swadleys does. We order the Oklahoma sampler and split it.
The sampler comes with a big pork rib, flat cut brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, sausage, two sides and a roll.
Very good chow. Great for gluten free.

Delicious plump and meaty wings for me. Ordered plain but dipped in the sweet BBQ sauce that was excellent. I was with a large party of 10 walk-ins. I asked for a table to be set up, and they were so accommodating. Set us up immediately in the Saddlle Room. Eduardo was our server, and he was excellent . He kept our classes filled and made sure we had all the little extras. Served with a smile on his face and worked very quickly to please. Everyone's food looked enticing. Huge baked potatoes and chicken fried steaks. Generous amount of fried catfish, good creamy slaw. The only complaint I heard was that the okra was fried too crisp and dark. I live closer to another Swaddley's, but I think El Reno location is worth the 20 min drive. I'll be back!
