This place sucks!They told us we have to order from kiosk now, they didn't give us little cups for your sides, and they put our guacamole and sour cream directly on the food and charged us for them!Sides go to the side not directly for them to put on the order!I don't like guacamole and my husband doesn't like sour cream.....they screwed it up and we hardly ate half of this $20 meal!Used to be my husband's favorite fast food place to eat!We won't be back!!

Oh man. Happy hour is the best! 1 dollar drink is such a good deal on a hot summer day (especially here in Oklahoma) and as always their boxes never disappoint.

Taco bell needs to do better with their food, i got a nacho supreme and they barely even put anything on it and no fork. Its kinda pathetic honestly, i wouldn't recommend anyone coming here again.

December 17th 2021 9am my family and I went to grab breakfast. I asked for sauce as I purchased our food, the woman who took my order was very kind and patient. The manager, tall skinny woman, (I did not catch her name) on the other hand was not. She was rude, sliding the window open & basically just about threw mild sauce at my face! She handed it to me with attitude, attitude she took to work from home, then had the audacity to tell me, “have a nice day”. I’m all smiles no matter who you are or what you’re throwing at me so, I sat my happy self at the window, waved the NICE lady to come, she did, I asked for my requested preference of mild hot & picante. She handed it to me with a smile.
THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m not one to complain about fast food service, BUT customer service is everything. The golden rule is everything. Treat your customers with kindness or get a packaging job.

I ordered through door dash and my crunch wrap literally had 1 table spoon of meat and my whole order was for 3 people didn't eat that much before noticing

If i could leave zero stars on the radar would I order a steak burrito a told them no cheese on the outside because it makes it greasy and they put no cheese an really nothing in the tortilla so it was pretty much a tortilla wrapped up for what $7 or $8 crazy

The incompetence at the El Reno Taco Bell is getting ridiculous! The constant mess ups of orders and the unsatisfactory quality of the food being made is getting to where a restaurant I once enjoyed greatly is becoming unworthy of visiting. The Young male manager I spoke to today was VERY RUDE and unhelpful. Very shameful, Taco Bell used to be my top place to go but just isn't no more. Wish who ever is the big boss over that location would fix the people who underachieving and bringing that restaurant down before it's to late!

The walk-in experience is horrible. They just ignore you even if there’s nobody going through the drive-through. It took them a whole 10 minutes to serve me when they weren’t doing anything just sitting back there and talking on their phones.
