If i could leave zero stars on the radar would I order a steak burrito a told them no cheese on the outside because it makes it greasy and they put no cheese an really nothing in the tortilla so it was pretty much a tortilla wrapped up for what $7 or $8 crazy

The incompetence at the El Reno Taco Bell is getting ridiculous! The constant mess ups of orders and the unsatisfactory quality of the food being made is getting to where a restaurant I once enjoyed greatly is becoming unworthy of visiting. The Young male manager I spoke to today was VERY RUDE and unhelpful. Very shameful, Taco Bell used to be my top place to go but just isn't no more. Wish who ever is the big boss over that location would fix the people who underachieving and bringing that restaurant down before it's to late! Sincerely, AP

The walk-in experience is horrible. They just ignore you even if there’s nobody going through the drive-through. It took them a whole 10 minutes to serve me when they weren’t doing anything just sitting back there and talking on their phones.

Went through drive thru and order a chicken quesadilla with a side of nacho cheese sauce. They forgot the nacho cheese sauce so had to back up in the drive through to ask them for it since I paid for it. Then get home and they put lettuce and tomato all in my “quesadilla”. I had to call 7 different times just to get someone to answer the phone. When someone finally answered I asked them to read me everything that come on a chicken quesadilla, he said “chicken, cheese, creamy sauce” I said that’s funny bc my “quesadilla” has lettuce and tomorrow all In it. He proceeds to say well it was probably rang up as a stacker, I said no sir we ordered online and our receipt clearly says quesadilla. Such an inconvenience to have to get back out after we made it home seeing how they were not busy and we were the only order they had. Do better Taco Bell.

Bought 2 items for $12.50. The Supreme chalupa and a chicken quesadilla. Both were made poorly and were not very hot. The chicken quesadilla was made with so little chicken that I felt like I was eating tortilla cheese and sauce only. Some of the worst fast food in a long time!! Don't eat here!!
