Family just left TACO BELL and they would not take my order at the counter paying cash. Worker girl.. you have to place or at kiosk and pay at counter. ??? Why can't I just order at counter??? I didnt check food b3fore I left. I got a chalupa and a lux box. The chalupa shell was hard as rock and about tablespoon of meat. Taco in box barely had teaspoon of meat. Shell of taco and burrito was hard as a rock . Burrito meat tasted funny. Won't go back.

This place sucks!They told us we have to order from kiosk now, they didn't give us little cups for your sides, and they put our guacamole and sour cream directly on the food and charged us for them!Sides go to the side not directly for them to put on the order!I don't like guacamole and my husband doesn't like sour cream.....they screwed it up and we hardly ate half of this $20 meal!Used to be my husband's favorite fast food place to eat!We won't be back!!

Oh man. Happy hour is the best! 1 dollar drink is such a good deal on a hot summer day (especially here in Oklahoma) and as always their boxes never disappoint.

Taco bell needs to do better with their food, i got a nacho supreme and they barely even put anything on it and no fork. Its kinda pathetic honestly, i wouldn't recommend anyone coming here again.
