Service is shitty managers, rude they can’t hear your order over the microphone so you come home with the wrong food or missing toppings to your drink cause they can’t hear they need to do something about their systemso or fine new managers

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE ever! When I asked basic questions (like how much is a burger) staff didn't even bother to look up the cost - they just said figure it out for yourself. I will keep driving past this Wendy's if I ever come back through this region and so should you.
Good service, I just had to share my experience at Wendy's because it was so great! I was helped by an employee named Jacob, and he was seriously the nicest fast-food worker I've ever met. He was super friendly, sounded genuinely happy, and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. It's so refreshing to see someone with such a positive attitude, especially in customer service. Jacob totally made my day! Give that man a raise!
