We ordered dinner about an hour ago and it arrived about 15 minutes ago, one of the very few places in town that get my order right. The issue I have is when I go to eat my fries I find a short black hair. I say whatever it happens, I get maybe 5 fries in and felt a tickle on my lip I found another hair I said okay I'm sorry I can't eat anymore. I had to apologize to my husband because i didn't eat a whole thing of fries and I felt bad. I'm blind so I understand a hair from time to time it happens to me when I cook.. I can write one thing off but it happening twice within two minute I'm just concerned with the cleanliness.

Placed an order at 9:30 because the map location and app said MIDNIGHT and it let us place an order and then we got there at 10ish because of all the ice and snow and nowhere did it say they were closed. Got there, no answer. Rolled up the window and dude tells us they closed at ten. Great! Three cars pulled into the lot because their thing is 'open till late (midnight)!'. I understand its cold and they most likely closed up earlier because of it, but atleast close your online ordering and put a sign up. Now, we don't have dinner tonight.

Service is shitty managers, rude they can’t hear your order over the microphone so you come home with the wrong food or missing toppings to your drink cause they can’t hear they need to do something about their systemso or fine new managers
