Every time we go to this Wendy’s at night, our order is always wrong. We never get what we pay for. I don’t know if it’s cause they don’t care? But they should pay attention

Went through to get me my husband and 6 kids food and total was around 42 and change I handed a 50 and she said she couldn't give change and it's 8 at night dinner rush normally and we just left put our service else where didn't even try to ask the manager for change

Traveling through the town via I-44. We had 5 adults and two kids. Order was incomplete, and when addressed with the cashier, incorrect eventually. The whole ordeal was a mess. Seemed nobody cared, either. I fought flies off during the meal, and the drink station is not properly configured. The sodas were not good. I know, it's fast food and nothing fancy, but it seems nobody cares at this location. The food was fresh, but not as good as other Wendys I have frequented. Won't be back on our next trip through there!

On the most recent trip we had a great experience. The manager "Necet" was absolutely great. She exemplifies what the welcoming and catering to our order to make sure it was right. My Dave's Double was perfect. Oh and also have to note that the whole restaurant was very nice and even a sparkling clean restroom.
Wouldnt order breakfast burritos, they are premade and all soggy when you get it. Normally good but workers seemed to just be rushing my dine in order.

The food is okay. But the drive thru could use some work they have you pull forward to cheat the system. To make there daily drive thru time better then what it is. Upon pulling you forward they forget to give you straws and whatever condiments you ask for.
Food was ok. Dining area was dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor. They had a touch less soft drink machine that was beyond gross. My drink had black flakes floating. I do not recommend.

Disgusting walkway entering the building on the west side. Wet tables, AC in lobby must be off or brokencuz it's like an oven... Feel sorry for the staff... It's over 100°...

We got the $5 biggie bags and there is nothing "biggie" about them. The restaurant didn't have ac or it wasn't on. It was cooler outside than inside the building. The guy standing beyond the counter did absolutely nothing besides play with his hat and lean the whole time. The cleaning of the restaurant was awful it looked like they used a dirty rag on everything!
