First place we've tried for food in town. Fries were the best part, burger temp was put in incorrectly and underseasoned, shrimp po-boy was nice (smaller than anticipated, but I was fine with that). Mac and cheese was okay, the ratio of cheese to Mac was a bit much, water definitely has a taste to it. Was almost upcharged for an item that was not supposed to be unchanged (new server?). Overall was an okay experience
The food and the service here is excellent. I was among a group of people having just attended a funeral. We surprised them with about 30 people and they rolled out the red carpet. They put a bunch of tables together and created an inline banquet style table with the smaller tables. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
We chose this place because of the great variety on the menu. Everything was amazing and the portions are huge! Everyone had to take home leftovers. Bonus lunch for tomorrow.
Now for the greatest most friendly service I have had in a very long time. The staff were attentive and the food was very hot and complete when it got to the table.
The bar was a generous pour all around and they didn't take forever to bring the drinks to the table.

Backyard Sports Bar and Grill is a restaurant known for its excellent food and very friendly, helpful service. The staff is attentive and provides great service, with food arriving very hot and complete. The menu offers a great variety and everything is amazing, with huge portions that often result in leftovers. Specific menu highlights include a burger, chips and guac or queso or salsa for an appetizer, and delicious sweet tea. The guacamole is considered the best around. The bar offers a generous pour and prompt drink service. The atmosphere is clean and very sporty looking, featuring a full liquor bar, pool tables, and occasional live bands. The management handles any issues with honesty and integrity, quickly fixing mistakes. It is a place highly recommended for a good experience.
