Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.
BBQ chain similar to Dickey's. First time visiting here; staff were friendly and accommodating. I came at dinner time and it wasn't too busy, but maybe they had some newer employees cause they were a little slow. They were out of the loaded spuds. We had a medium size party and I had to get up a few times for some stuff missing or condiments. Food was actually pretty good; fall off the bone ribs, potato salad, veggies, Mac and cheese, all above average; brisket a little...
Owner/Operator Eddie believes the only way to do BBQ is the right way! He goes above and beyond for his customers. Normally, I recommend a specific meal, but at this location it is all good.
