We have been eating at Pedro's for years and years, even when they were at the old, old location before the fire. It used to be great! BUT, not anymore. Food quality is terrible. The cheese dip didn't taste like anything except chemicals. The "catfish" was just thin strips of barely anything. The hush puppies were not good. The fries were tasteless. I came in and met three coworkers who were almost done eating. I told the waitress that I was not eating and that I would like a glass of water while they finished up… The waitress put cheese and salsa in front of me and I ate literally5 chips and they made me pay $8.52 for a comp because I sat down and ate five chips with the cheese and salsa that the waitress put down in front of me after I told her I was not eating.
