I got just a Philly cheesesteak with no lettuce tomato or pickle... it's dry as a bone there's no mayo. At all. It's over seasoned and too salty to eat. Says it comes with mushrooms on it but I don't see a single one. Not up to the "Charley's" standards at all. Went straight in the trash.

Horrible customer service, I placed an order through the app for the 20pc special with fries for my coworkers and i, I received my food and was missing my fries, I called and immediately of the bat the manager that answered was absolutely rude stating that he personally bagged my order and there was for sure fries in the bag, he also said the dasher checked, they don't typically check orders at restaurants but it is what it is. I wasn't getting any help with fixing my order. My coworker also called to speak with someone else, the same manager was extremely rude to her as well. I would never ever go back after this experience. I was excited after I tried a sample the other day, but I cannot support a business who's management is extremely disrespectful

Charley's has amazing food and service! Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me navigate through their great selection of items. I was easily able to look in the back and see just how hard the staff was working to get my order and the other customer's orders out quickly and efficiently. It is easy to tell that the management has high expectations of their business and employees, and based on my experience, those expectations were greatly exceeded. The food was out quick, the tables were clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have been back many times since my first visit and I have loved it every time. I am very glad to have this Charley's in Enid and I am excited to watch this business grow and prosper! I would gladly recommend Charley's to anyone and everyone!

Me and my family recently went to the Enid Ok location and was simply amazed. This place smelled from the parking lot of Philly meat. The restraunt is very clean and comfortable. The service was fanominal. We were greeted as we walked in and as well as was Thanked for coming in when we left. The staff was great with my kiddos needs. I'm ready to go again today. Glad they came to our town we so needed this. Thank you Charlie's and your amazing staff. And to the owner.... Man your doing it. Thank you

Great food and service! Took my family there for their first Charley’s experience and they really enjoyed it. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about long waits. It’s because it’s busy! It’s busy because it’s good! It went through the usually growing pains of a new opening but things are pretty ironed out now. Ignore the bad reviews. Grumpy people just like to be grumpy. Check it out for yourself.
