Charley's has amazing food and service! Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me navigate through their great selection of items. I was easily able to look in the back and see just how hard the staff was working to get my order and the other customer's orders out quickly and efficiently. It is easy to tell that the management has high expectations of their business and employees, and based on my experience, those expectations were greatly exceeded....read full review

Me and my family recently went to the Enid Ok location and was simply amazed. This place smelled from the parking lot of Philly meat. The restraunt is very clean and comfortable. The service was fanominal. We were greeted as we walked in and as well as was Thanked for coming in when we left. The staff was great with my kiddos needs. I'm ready to go again today. Great food and service! Took my family there for their first Charley’s experience and they really enjoyed it. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about long waits. It’s because it’s busy! It’s busy because it’s good! It went through the usually growing pains of a new opening but things are pretty ironed out now. Ignore the bad reviews. Grumpy people just like to be grumpy.
