We went in at 5:30pm for dinner. The food was old and dried to the bottom of the pans. ALL of the staff were on their phones, just sitting.
Ate there yesterday the waitress was very nice but was not satisfied with the food. The food seemed as though it had been out for quite some time.

Chen Garden | Hibachi & Sushi Buffet offers a good dining experience with fairly good food and very nice service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and spacious. Despite being in a struggling mall, the owners have managed to provide great value with a dinner buffet at a low price. The service is attentive, although the decor may seem outdated. The highlight of the experience is the high-quality food, with a wide variety of options, including fresh sushi.
