Won’t be back to this coffee shop again both drinks weren’t made right….

Waited in drive thru window over 12 mintues and still didn’t get my drink that I order. I didn’t see no one else in there that she had to help. This has happened to me while back. I love their coffee but with the service like this being so slow and making customers wait this long is where you will lose service! I am done with this place now for sure. I have given this place so many chances that I give up! If you want a good coffee this was the place but the service is where it will get you. Cause they don’t apology about it or do anything. When you spend that much in there and waiting long time it is not worth it. I don’t know why this place don’t have more then one person there. You are on vanburen the busy place you need more then one person working there!!! I am done with this place never will go to any of this place at all with the slow a$$ service worker there!

Very disappointed in this location sat for 10 minutes in the drive-through unanswered will not be back. I’m a patient person as long as I’m at least acknowledged.

I didn't stop in for anything fancy, just a good strong coffee with two shots of espresso in it. The coffee was great, the service was great, and Sarah the manager was delightful!

First I want to say thank you for being very nice and professional,
The only thing that I always been is it's. How expensive is your coffee I can't believe I paid fifteen dollars for 2 coffees, I mean, think about it if you just bring it down a little bit. You will sell a lot of more. I like your store. I love your stuff , I'm a big believer I'm supporting local business.
I get it. Everything is so expensive. But I think this is a little bit too much.

Driving from Enid to El Reno. Stopped at Da Vinci's for what I expected to be a quality drip coffee. Sadly I didn't sample it until I was back on the road. The coffee was sour and very unpleasant. A friend did order Vanilla Late and reported that it tasted fine and had a good texture. . I had a cup of home brew earlier and it tasted much better. Tried a few more sips of Da Vinci's coffee and it tasted like a dirty sock, Service was meteocre , poor eye contact , and minimal engagement, felt as a customer I was interrupting employees day. Definitely disappointed.

Staying at Glo in Enid for a wedding. The staff and several guests heartily recommended Da Vinci’s when I asked about a locally owned coffee venue. Did not disappoint. Cold Brew Latte and Frozen Latte were on point. Great atmosphere and friendly staff!

I ordered a chai latte, which is normally light & delicious. Unfortunately, my drink was mostly milk and was not good. I returned it, and the employee corrected the problem with a great attitude!!
