Big improvement over the old Wendy's location! I hadn't been in two years because the other location was so poorly managed and had rude employees. I'm no Karen, that last one was horrific the way they treated us! But gave them a chance at the new location and the crew working today were amazing! Fresh amazing food!
I went through the drive through about 2 pm today. I ordered a #3 baconator. What I received was a single patty junior sized mess with very little bacon. One picture is what I was supposed to get. The other is what I actually got. The point of a drive thru, that is all pointless if the order is wrong. You have wasted my time and money.. You have lost my business and I’ll tell everybody I know. Lack of service and attention to detail.
