I can’t say enough about the incredible kindness and hospitality we received at the Subway in Erick, Oklahoma. Manager Sara Noxon and her amazing team went above and beyond for my family of five after we were left stranded by Enterprise following a car incident. With all our luggage and nowhere to go during a 7-hour wait, they welcomed us into their restaurant like family.

They not only served us delicious food but made sure we were comfortable, safe, and cared for during one of the most stressful experiences of our trip. Their compassion and genuine care reminded us that there truly are angels among us.

We’re from Wetumpka, Alabama, but I can promise you this, we’ll be stopping by this Subway every time we pass through, just to support this incredible team. Thank you, Sara and staff, for your outstanding customer service, your kindness, and your hearts. Erick, Oklahoma, you have some of the most beautiful people we’ve ever met, from your highway patrols to your food service workers and tow truck drivers.
