Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This place is so filthy that we walked in and walked right back out. It smells like trash and sewage as you walk in. Everything has visible filth on it. I don’t know how they’d pass an health inspection. It’s been like this for some time and continues to get worse.

Food was so-so; restroom was filthy and the toilet had over-run all over the floor.

Ordered food inside, took over 20min for take out. But food was fresh 🤷

We went through the drive Thursday and had to wait almost 10 mins for a hamburger and 2 bowls of chili

They took our order in a timely manner, but then we waited at the window awhile, listening to arguing inside until finally a lady came with our food. She didn't even ask me for payment, in fact she didn't day anything as she handed me my bag. She almost left, but I stretched out my arm with my card. After taking my payment and handing my card back, she might have said thank you, I could hardly tell, and she didn't give me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one. She was apparently done with the interaction at that point. Glad I was just passing through and don't have to go there again. Plus our breakfast burritos had way too much onions in them. I'm pretty sure I didn't ask for an onion burrito.

Tonight, I was way disappointed in Braums. I ordered a crispy chicken club sandwich. The majority of the bacon was burnt. The chicken was way overcooked and the fries were pretty crispy and overdone, too. I guess this is why we try to eat at home rather than pay for overpriced meals especially when it wasn't worth eating.

The cheese burger had way too much mayo, it looked like everything was throwed on. Taste wasn’t to good. My malt was melted. I’m just so disappointed! I’d rather go to Dairy Queen.

Braums has some pretty great burgers, fries and chicken along with some great ice cream you can't get anywhere else, that tastes amazing from every kind of ice cream you like! 🤤 Love this place!❤️

Working out of town. Stopped to get some breakfast... Ordered sausage biscuit... After driving 20 mins towards home. Opened up my breakfast and bam just a dry ass biscuit.. 😂😂 I had that one coming I guess...😂
