Tonight, I was way disappointed in Braums. I ordered a crispy chicken club sandwich. The majority of the bacon was burnt. The chicken was way overcooked and the fries were pretty crispy and overdone, too. I guess this is why we try to eat at home rather than pay for overpriced meals especially when it wasn't worth eating.
Braums has some pretty great burgers, fries and chicken along with some great ice cream you can't get anywhere else, that tastes amazing from every kind of ice cream you like! 🤤 Love this place!❤️
Customer service was terrible! There were 5 employees at the front counter and did not acknowledge us for several minutes. Once we finally received service, I was paying for our ice cream and another employee reached in front of me, between the credit card machine and myself to refill the spoons and straws. Did not say excuse me or apologize for getting in my way. I have been to several Braum's as I travel and I have never had such terrible and rude service. The front and...
