I have eaten at Captain Johns in the past and it was fine. This week a colleague and myself ate there during lunch. It wasn't busy at all but the service was slow and non attentive. Food was overpriced and wasn't very good. I would rate this experience a 5 out of 10. I seriously doubt if I will go back. I found it to be overpriced for a crispy chicken salad that I had to separate half of it because it was brown. Chicken had no flavor.
I went here two nights in a row because of the catfish and ultimately the small town atmosphere that is translated into such Humble service
Make sure you call ahead just in case they might be busy, but if you’re lucky enough to just walk in and they sit you down, buckle up for a sweet treat
Between the menu options and the vast choices when it comes to drinks, I think you’ll find you’ll want to come back as well

The wait staff is very helpful, friendly and ready to ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable
Vegetarian options: It is a seafood restaurant. While there are options, I wouldn't understand why a vegetarian would make this go to place to visit.
Parking: There are two restaurants and another is planned. One in Eufaula and one in McAllister. Not sure where the next one will be.
