Dawns Place Cafe on Texanna

This place is awesome every time we go whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner! Staff is always friendly no matter how busy they get with large portions for a great price! I appreciate they post their daily specials to remind us. Sometimes I wish it were bigger so we could frequent it more with a crowd, but afraid that would ruin it(I also wish the other places east down Texanna could take notes from Dawn’s too). Thanks for always posting your specials on facebook too! Keep up the awesome work!

First time in there just moved to the area the food was amazing also the Waite staff was very friendly made u feel like u was at home. The prices was even better I loved the texanna burger..

Best breakfast ever! I call it in, it’s perfectly ready in 5 minutes. Great service. Nice people. I love the gravy. Definitely the best gravy around! Such fluffy and thick biscuits! Great onion rings and cheeseburger. Fries r bomb!

Well, to start off with... the place was great I had no problem with the place til they took 2 dollars from me. My meal should have been at least 26 something but I calculated it and they took 2 dollars from me. Now, the food was wonderful and the service was ok but one server whom I don't know her name. Took my husband and my order and she checked us out after the meal, just let you know I always tip maybe not at your place very often but I tip and since you took 2 dollars from me without me handing the tip to you I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Friendly atmosphere
My wife had a chicken salad, and I had the Monte Christo sandwich with onion rings.
Salad was large and wasn't bad. My sandwich and onion rings were overcooked and saturated in grease. We will go back at some point for another shot.
