I have been reading the reviews and have to say most of them are just flat out wrong and in my opinion the food was delicious and hot, like just came off the fryer and grill hot, and I loved the costumer service and I found that if you are rude to them they will be rude back but just treat them right and they will treat you right

You would think this town having some of the best high school state test score, the employees would be a little better. NOT! Rude, long wait times, inaccurate orders all stem from incompetent employees. If you can even call them employees.

I went to this restraunt tonight to get food. I told them my order once, and then I waited for them to say something. Nobody said anything so I then told them my order again, and waited for an answer. Once again I heard nothing back so I told them my order a third time; at that point the people in the drive through to take my order started cussing me out. It was very unprofessional and I won't be going there again.

So to start, the older lady that was working on our order was hacking everywhere and not even covering her mouth. She asks how she can help us, we tell her our order number and she had a complete attitude, then when she finished pur order she didnt close our happy meals, just tossed our order on the table and walked away and my husband was like um can I please get one more sauce, she then charges us .32 for one, I mean come on, we didnt ask for a lot, just one. While also having nuggets, mind you we had 2 happy meals, on top of that she didnt not even give us napkins, which was amazing to find out after having 2 kids eating in my car. I would love for yall to look at the cameras, if this is what you hire, and accept from your employees, then I think you need a new manager. Save your time and drive down the road and go to the other McDonald's.

Their burrito was hard biscuit was not done and something they used to make the Frappuccino was spoiled. I called to let them know about the Frappuccino didn’t say anything about the other food products and the guy was like oh thanks for letting us know bye

Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 ice cream cones and a shake. About 5 minutes after paying and getting to the pick up window, we were served 2 melted cones with ice cream cones and a melted shake which was more like milk. I asked them to remake these items and they did but didn't apologize but were rude.

Didn't have enough people to take my order and then walk this over to the kiosk to help us take our order instead of using the register and the food was not even warm and I am pretty sure my husband and kids and I got food poisoning or something after eating it cuz I got very sick 🤢
