“This was supposed to be a 5 star rating. I do apologize-I was trying to figure out how to correct it when I saw that somehow it registered as 1 star. I see now how I can do it & will correct now.I would give the food 4.5 if I could.The chicken livers and gizzards weren't super fresh-the livers ran out quickly and were not replenished while we were there.The gizzards were quite tough. I know that is pretty common for gizzards but it seemed that they all were that way.Nevertheless, good flavor and we were very pleased with our meal!! We enjoyed our visit and plan to come back-and bring others!My Dad REALLY likes coming here to eat the buffet!!! Thank you”

“I ordered the nacho supreme it was good but in my opinion the lettuce was too watery I tilted my plate and water ran to edge of plate. The server was excellent my only problem was the lettuce mad everything soggy.”

“This place is charming AND delicious! 100+ year old house converted to a restaurant and bakery. My Reuben sandwich was excellent, the pastrami was tender. My wife tried the chicken and Swiss lunch special and she wasn't disappointed. Chicken was moist and the sauce had some really nice flavor. There's a small plate on the table when you sit down with cookie samples from the bakery! Excellent marketing move since the cookies are amazing!Definitely recommend!”
