“Just a reminder to all who visit ANY restaurant... This is a restaurant not a fast food restaurant. There will be: A wait to be seated. A wait on your drinks. A wait on your food. A wait. Sometimes people come in and expect to rush restaurant staff around. It may seem we are not busy, But there maybe a lot we are catching up on. Also we have great cooks! Just like anyone else they may get busy. All because there’s one or two tables inside of the restaurant doesn’t mean there’s not a wait on your food. The cooks also have an obligation to cook for Togo’s as well. Our job and what we strive to do is to please each and every customer, but that’s not always the case. There are times when: We get busy.(because we are needing to please multiple people all at once) We run out of items we needs and we need to refill.(queso, pop, beer, tea, any item we provide you with really) We Mess up!!!!(everyone is a human, and deserves to be treated as such. Everyone messes up including you.) We are expected to wear a smile and not talk rudely with customers... We expect the same from you. If you’ve had a bad day (outside of going to eat) please do not take out your frustrations on waitstaff. Believe it or not we are probably disappointed in ourselves for messing up. Our wish isn’t to give you a bad experience. It’s to make your day better and please you. You never know if we are having a bad day ourselves for the same reasons as all of you! We have to fake a smile at times. We have to kill the disrespect with kindness. We can’t defend ourselves. The waitstaff have NO control over the PRICES. There are things we bring to your table we don’t charge you for that we are supposed to. One of the main things people like to complain about is (OH NO) BUGS. Everywhere has them... please don’t act like you’ve never seen one. They are one of those things that’s hard to get rid of (we try though). This ones gonna be difficult to hear for some... hear me out though. If you’re a regular and you never tip our time will not be primarily on you. You will get good service as promised, but we cannot take our time pleasing you(someone who leaves no tip ever) when other tables(who will tip) need us as well. I get if we don’t give good service no tip and that is okay. Just know we are trying to please you. We are sorry if we have ever disappointed you... it was never intentionally! We appreciate everyone who comes to eat genuinely. We appreciate all those who understand our job is difficult and understand and respect us! We understand everyone gets hangry. Also at this particular location we do keep getting new faces... that’s because they come work for a couple months(weeks even) and end up leaving because of poor management. He may seem amazing to customers, but the workers get tired of him. Help us help you! Lastly I would like to ask that if you are ordering(by phone or in person) to speak up and be direct. Not everyone has great hearing! It is really difficult hearing the orders by phone.”

“First time trying Roy's and it was all on point! Boneless chicken chunks with potatoe wedges - they have great ranch dressing! Mashed potatoes and gravy (its brown gravy, not white!) Even the rolls were good.

“I lived in Muskogee Oklahoma for years and moved to Arkansas. I come back to Muskogee early chance I can and my place is the 1st place I stop at and when some body brings me I have them bring me. I tell everyone if they want good BBQ and r in the Muskogee Oklahoma area stop by and try it for there self. when I come I always bring extra money to bring some back hm with me. go check them out u want be let down. I can't find any good BBQ in my local area and most of it is pork and I'm Jewish. I told one of my old Dr's to check my blood and he said y I said I have a BBQ defencey,can't spell it but it was all blood. he said ur crazy. that is how good it is. u want be let down. can't wait to get back for more. keep up the awesome work. hope to see you guys soon. been coming as far back as I can remember and I'll be 60 next year. I'll drive almost a hour and 15 minutes for it.”

“If you're anywhere near Muskogee and haven't tried the Speedway Special Burger at Speedway Grill, you're doing burgers wrong. Hands down, this might be the best burger I've had in Oklahoma,possibly anywhere.

Perfectly cooked, stacked with flavor, and unapologetically hearty, the Speedway Special doesn't try to reinvent the wheel,it just nails every part of it. The patty was juicy, the bun held up like a champ, and whatever magic they put in the toppings just worked.

No gimmicks. Just a ridiculously good burger made by people who clearly know what they're doing.”
