Definitely better Subways out there. The drive thru window was open but no one was taking order, found out it was because the two employees didn’t have any headsets on. Sandwich was made sloppy and, this is crazy but true, was not wrapped properly in the deli paper. The sub was simply rolled in the paper with no ends tucked in, so one foot long roll with two open ends. The cashier looked at it, shrugged her shoulders and put it in the brown paper bag. Cookies were clearly from yesterday and the lettuce was absolutely notfresh.

It's clear that this Subway location makes customer service a priority. I was politely greeted upon entering the store and was met with nothing but kindness and smiles by the employees. Speaking of which the employee who made my sandwich, Sarah Cole, was so polite and welcoming. She showed excellent and efficient work ethic. I look forward to visiting this location again!

Out of basic sandwich condiments (mayo). Fresh vegetables looked horrible. Items left off of the sandwich(meat) and had to brought to the sandwich makers attention to get it corrected. Fountain drink mix ratio is way off, and the drinks tasted horrible.

Today I ordered, online, a Subway Club, double the meats. I was told it would ready at certain time. I got there 10 minutes late and it was still not made. The server threw it together and did not give me double the meat. I asked if she did the double meat and she lied, said she did then shoved it In the bag without the receipt. I checked and found it did not have double meat. This is the third time this happened this past year.

I went in the store at 12:20 PM. There were two people in line So I use the restroom. Come back in there still two people in line. 10 minutes later, we are still in line because they are too busy filling in mobile orders. My turn in line comes And I start to order my sandwich They take the bread order and then go off and do something else. The lady behind me actually had her sandwiches ordered before mine was even started. I had been in line for about 15 minutes at this point And I have to leave because I have other appointments to do. Do not stop here if you are in any kind of hurry.

Food is fine but they need to get the intercom fixed and get their window bell fixed as well. Customers shouldn't have to sit in line 15-30 minutes before they get noticed & handed excuses by staff.

Im not sure who made our subs at the Subway in Ft Gibson this evening, August 7, 2024; however she did an amazing job! That was the best steak and cheese sub Ive eaten at any subway in months. She had 3 people i front of us with one of those ordering 3 subs, plus online orders and door dash orders by herself. My Son witnessed an older irritable fellow close the lid down on the worker while she was trying to make a sandwich. I understand being hungry waiting on food; however being kind will always come back to you. I appreciate the person working at Subway for not losing her cool with irritable people. You are amazing!

Employee has a bad attitude towards customers, wants to argue about how customer asked for their sandwich to be made, said if I want to be difficult I can leave. Asked for no lettuce and asked he me to leave.
