Braum’s Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Went to location in Glenpool, probably won't go again. Had to wait awhile in drive thru, understand its a Sunday night... ordered a quarter pounder with just lettuce and pickles, she can't have cheese. Got our order, moved out of line beings it was busy. Her burger had everything on it.. went through a 2nd time showed receipt, it showed lettuce and pickles only. Once again moved ahead so didn't hold the line.. all they did was scraped her burger, put lettuce and pickles but left the cheese. Did not go through 3rd time.. yes should of went inside but it too was busy. She should of got her money back after the 3rd time...

Haven't been to a Braum's since the early 2000's on Kansas. We visited this store/restaurant for a light supper. No waiting to order, food arrived quickly and was great. They are offering a small milk shake with the combo meal which was a nice treat tonight

I enjoy shopping at Braum's Ice Cream and Burger because the atmosphere is peaceful, and friendly with individuals who work others that understands the challengs of life.
It is kindness, giving, friendly, and compassionate hearts of the employees who makes every day strangers welcome. Thank you.

Market workers are friendly especially Keith. He super and polite. Food is always fresh.

Dumped an entire drink all over my car hitting my teaching books and all they offered to do was replace the two cent drink.

Man by the name a Kaleb was very rude! Working the drive thru. Na manners at all and even rolled his eyes when I said have a blessed day. Definitely won't be back here. Everyone else seemed nice though. They also gave me a cup with a ton of holes in it for some reason. You would think that I cussed them out but I did not even have a crossword with them. He was rude from the moment I got there and then I get this.

This is probably the busiest Brahms I've been to but they handle it well. Good people and if course good food.

Good food and it was quick even though they were slammed. Only thing was my burger was missing a patty and my cup was dripping my shake all over.

People behind the counter used to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order, but here lately when I’ve come in a couple of times there are at least 6 plus workers wandering around behind the counter not looking busy completely ignoring me while I’m waiting to be served. I’m the only one, there were no other people waiting in line and no one acknowledged that I was even standing there until Peyton a young man came up behind me and asked if anyone had helped me. Thank you Peyton. Then my order was put on the counter and no one called my number out. It looked like my order so I took it. I don’t ever write any reviews. I felt the way I was treated was deliberate. Glenpool Braum’s standards are dropping. Sad

While I was pregnant I got absolutely addicted to their #8 with diet Dr Pepper.
It’s a crispy chicken club btw.
ALWAYS fresh.
And the diet Dr Pepper at this location always hits WAY better than any other diet Dr Pepper idk why.

Unprofessional manager. Doesn’t understand their own products. Not understanding of nut allergy
