It's pretty alright they mess up the order 90 percent of the time for simple orders like a grande burrito with no tomatoes and no jalepaneos like it's not hard.
I got a bacon cheeseburger today and it was honestly disgusting . I asked for no tomato and they still put tomato on it. The bread was soggy and mushy and eating that just made me really nauseous. and the bacon didn’t seem cooked. This location must suck because i used to always get the bacon cheeseburger in the broken arrow location and the bacon was always crispy and the bread was never soggy. It was really disappointing because i used the last of my money to get braums today. Safe to say I won’t be coming back .🤢
This Braums in particular is pretty great. The fries are always pretty crisp and the strips are so good. I dont have anything bad to say about this joint.
Our food was outstanding fast and hot. The staff was great...
Cason Was the best employee I have ever encountered in my travels. He helped fight for my fries when I had to wait for 10 minutes. I thought they had forgeten me but Cason was there for me. I shall never forget this day as long as I live. Hail cason

Cleanliness is a problem.
Some days you just need an ice cream break! We have eaten the hamburgers, fries and drinks, mostly the shakes. Good food, good service. Plenty of parking.
