So I know my DoorDash for the area I was given a coupon. As I have never eaten at Whataburger, I thought I would give it a go. The server seem like he had a bad day and did not hand me the food but sort of throw it at me, the burger itself was nothing to write home about in fact it was a mess. I had burgers and a lot better condition than the one that I received the fries were cold and no care was taken. As far as atmosphere it was Thanksgiving so not a lot of people in there....

Burgers had dried patties. Either overcooked, sat on the griddle too long or under a heat lamp. Same for my fried. Definitely sat under a heat lamp too long. No one wants crunchy fries!!
Today's Whataburger is far from the Whataburger that I grew up with. Takes too long & quality isn't there like it once was. I rarely go anymore. Too many other options. Sad to say that Whataburger is no longer my "Go To Burger"
