The food was ok the drinks were tasty the atmosphere was very nice and the service is perfect I’m late posting my review but here we go my waitress was Zanee I think that’s how you spell her name but not only was she quick and attentive but she made us feel welcomed her personality made the visit a 10 out of 10 definitely will come back my birthday is coming soon so hopefully I can get her as my waitress for my big day I want to tip her well since I only had a $3 tip the day I visited and honestly she was so grateful and humble about it so I need to pay it forward for this sweet girl

Better not come here hungry or thirsty, gonna take 4 hours to get 3 drinks. Ask for more chips and when they finally come out, it's without salsa. Scard to death your gona chock without a drink. Definitely need way more peeps working here to serve the customers.

I got the chipotle Mex Bowl and it tasted good the “salad” was just shredded lettuce and I normally wouldn’t mind but they didn’t even ask if I wanted something els instead. But if I ask for something to be modified it’s a up charge real quick.

***Update- Chili's responded with a canned response, that they use for all complaints*** I dined at this Chili's location (in the bar) for four consecutive days while staying at the Grant casino for work. Despite giving them multiple chances, my experience did not improve. This particular location is in need of assistance. Each day, my order was incorrect and the server was difficult to locate. On July 17, 2024, I ordered dinner and did not receive any silverware. It took 30 minutes for the server to bring me silverware, resulting in my food being served cold. While the servers were polite and apologetic, it was evident that the MANAGER DID NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SUPPORT. The lack of leadership from local management is disappointing, especially considering the potential this location has. I have also communicated these concerns to their corporate offices.
