Food is always wonderful. Steaks are to die for! And the staff are the sweetest people, always friendly and attentive. Tonia was our waitress this trip and she was precious! Will definitely be back!

Over an hour wait for cold food. My husband's prime rib was good but his sides were cold. My filet and lobster were both cold as were my sides. Dessert which should have had a scoop of ice cream with a brownie, was served as a brownie in a puddle of ice cream. We will not be returning.

I am so glad we ignored the low rating and came here to eat.We had excellent service. Our alcoholic drinks were good and cold.My husband said it was one of the best cuts of meat he had ever had. He had the 10 oz center cut. He eats his steak blue so the cut of meat is important.By hearing the other customers talk and order I wonder if some of the bad reviews are due to people not eating the food as it was intended. If you want a plain hamburger with ketchup go to McDonalds. If you don’t know what an aioli is, ask and try it.This is a higher end restaurant, not a greasy spoon cafe.

The service was great, and Tonya was an excellent server, she made a really great tropical tiki drink that she invented. ? I wish there were an actual cocktail menu, I found it odd there wasn't one, but she said they were in the process of improving the bar. More vegetarian offerings woukd be great, even ONE main entree, pasta, grilled cauliflower, or even a combination of sides etc. Prices seemed reasonable for portion sizes, but also wish they had more special/unique house made desserts. However the apple pie I had was good.I was looking forward to my brushetta, but found it a little underwhelming and should have been grilled far longer. Everything else was great. There can be some improvements on the food for sure. More quality, attention to detail, fresh, seasonal, served hot! some of my dishes were on the cold side. For what I ordered (mostly sides and dessert), I thought the price was acceptable.
Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options, but there are sides, nothing vegan.

Never made it into the restaurant even tho I had a scheduled appointment for 8pm on August 11, 2023. Never got past the front desk host whom had a horrible attitude. The male manager on duty was a joke.
The most overcooked calimari I’ve ever tried to eat. Their bruschetta was served cold, which is okay, but the garlic on the bruschetta (about 6 whole cloves per slice of bread) was served raw and whole cloves….not roasted or tamed in any way.I have not made it to entrees yet, but so far WAY overpriced for horrible food

I provided a review already to the casino. The chop House had amazing reviews but my family and I ended up having a horrible time in absolutely we're not pleased. We ended up getting into an argument at the table over who was worse the waitress or the chef! I do not recommend this restaurant unless they up their game or maybe I just went on a bad night. I've only been there once, but it was a one-shot deal. The mistakes that were common sense as well as the ones that the chef made were just not acceptable after the multiple attempts. I do not recommend this establishment nor will I return myself. My family and I actually got into an argument at the table. We paid our bill, we tipped the server which deserved no tip and we all left very unhappy and never ended up using the casino. I would have loved to have a conversation with the chef but he or she never showed their face. All of our food was served at different times. Not properly cooked and some of the items missing. None of us ate together. And my mother's steak was actually spoiled we think. This is of course after she had served it to another family member first and then after they cut into it realized it didn't go to them took it back to the kitchen. Came back 5 minutes later with the same cut open steak and served it to my mother without her lobster. I could go on and on and on about the horrendous experience and how I wanted to just to scream, but thank God I didn't. Against my better judgment I paid for my food which I did not eat and I gave a $10 tip to the server which she deserved giving me a $100 tip for enduring that ordeal with my family. I felt ripped off and they need to up their game or lower their prices and turn that place into a low end steakhouse. They're pricing on their menu definitely doesn't coincide with the service or quality of food that is served. All of those of you that have left wonderful reviews. I'm wondering if you've actually eaten at a great quality steakhouse before to compare?
