PHENOMENAL! Service was quick and friendly, very homey atmosphere. The food was exceptional! I got a pulled pork sandwich and fried okra - some of the best I’ve ever had! Great job! Will be returning when I am in the area again!

Waited for seating so we visited Jake the cockatoo while we was waiting. The place was empty and we visited Jake for 10 or so mins was never seated so we left.

Smoked meat should not be bloody! My brisket was not cooked and immediately felt sick. Told the waitress and she showed the owner…he proceeded to pick at it with his fingers but offered no apology or discount off the check!

Best lunch ever! Combined we had brisket, ribs, baked beans, Cole slaw, onion rings, fried okra, TX toast, and cold beer. Outstanding! Worth your time and travel.
