Traveling through town and decided to walk to Mazzios from the Best Western Hotel and they were great. The Calzone was great and I loved the salad bar but most of all the staff was so friendly and engaging, best service I've had in quite a while.
Went last week. Food was good as usual. However the customer service was awful. Our waitress brought out our drinks and pizza and we never saw her again. We ended up getting our own refills while all the workers were running around playing with each. I was still eating and needed a to go box and I was unable to get anyones attention so I called the store and told them I was still there and needed a to go box only to be glared out and eye rolled lol. I went into this restaurant and was kicked out by Andy. I waited at the counter for five minutes. Nobody greeted me. Me and my wife grabbed plates and started to get food. A lady yelled at us to pay. My wife went to stand in line and the lady continued to yell at me in front of around eight customers. I told the lady she didn't have to tell at me and that she was not a good representation of customer service. She then refused service and kicked me and my wife out.
