We were passing through town and discovered this gem thanks to Google. So glad we stopped by! The portions are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable. The owners are incredibly friendly and helped suggest options for my grandma's taste palette.
I really enjoyed their fried rice because it had a light sesame taste to it and wasn't over seasoned. The bento box definitely gives you the best bang for your buck if you want hibachi and sushi.
We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

1st time to eat here. Cold and windy.sat afternoon. Sit in my car til my button goes off. Food ready. 11.00 for Hugh plate of food, noodles, chicken, rice, wasabi, 2;rolls of some sort, fresh veggies, dipping sauce. Amazing amount of delicious food. I will return

Hands down my favorite hibachi truck in town. The lady there is the sweetest and treats us so well every time we go there. The food has always been excellent each time. My kids ' favorite is the chicken fried rice. We order the sushi and it's all made to order. 😋
We come through Oklahoma about once a month and we always stop at gifu Food Truck! The food is always hot and fresh the portion is ample and the service is always friendly and you can't beat the price
