Waited 20 minutes for a single soda then called to check on my order they sent a carhop out to talk to me at the car then waited an additional 15 minutes. Why can they send a carhop out to talk to me about my soda but not bring the drink? They had no problem getting the order of the sonic employee who pulled in next to me out and he ordered after I’d already been checked and paid.

I've frequented this store for a while and I'm usually disappointed with the customer service and quality of the food. The employees are usually rude and today was no different, I don't understand why they have to be so unfriendly and short with people.

What's not to love about Sonic? Love the drive-in experience food is fresh and quick. Really like the touch screen and ability to pay on the screen.

Tried 2 different stall. Red button answered at 1 st but couldn't hear me (after a long wait but they were full up..so ok). Went to different stall, car had pulled out of, the red light was activated waited. Pushed again been in a stall over 20 minutes. Haven't gotten an order placed. Employees look like they're working hard so sad that the system isn't working. Ohh.. 25 minutes an someone will be with me in a moment. Hopefully I Can say the food is good.

Pretty fast service especially during happy hour. I will say I finally tried the Groovy Fries. Wasn't that impressed. Should have gotten tots.

We stop at sonic all the time to get drinks and a couple of burgers for our dogs. Today, 6/23/24 during happy hour we ordered 2 route 44’s and a route 44 cup of ice to take home with us to SWC Mo. We were almost home when I realize the Coke Zero we got was light in color to almost clear. I tried to call the store but the number keeps say disconnected. Do you really not take any calls? I know 3 bucks is not a lot of money but we’re are too far away to just back to get it replaced. How could they not see this drink was not right? It was a Coke Zero but it was clear. My daughter just had to pour it out. To me that is very poor service.
