It wasn't a bad experience. I just think the girls were exhausted or stressed out. My daughter had to repeat her order a couple of times, and we had to ask for our pup cups. Again, at the window, they only had skim milk, which is fine that is on the company. For a new Starbucks, it was surprising. We will be back.
This location just opened late 2023, and I'm so happy to see Grove get one! I have been many times and get fairly annoying custom coffee orders, but I've never had a bad experience. The wait time early mornings can be long, but they are still very efficient. I haven't had a food item yet, but I'm sure it's good. They even had a great cup sale during the holidays inside. It's the perfect addition to Grove for coffee!

I’m a daily Starbucks goer in the cities-& I think they need better training at this specific location bc I have never in my life order at a Starbucks and they literally have no idea what they’re doing- here in the drive thru now they don’t know what buttons to push for my specific order. Like I said I don’t blame the baristas they simply need better training or this place won’t survive in this tiny town during lake season.
