Nice people! Lovely surroundings.
Hey Wanderfolk! Your closing hours are incorrect!! Fix it!
The tasting tour was amazing! Snappy was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Also the appetizer was delicious and so were all of the sports and drinks!
Very cool place and cool little town
I have come across Wanderfolk spirits in stores before and have gotten some Prairie Wolf vodka, but haven't really tried their other liquors. Was looking for things to do for a day trip in Guthrie and stumbled across their distillery tour and decided to go with a Saturday @4pm booking. We got there 10 minutes before the tour started and sat down at the Wander Inn where the tour started. The bartender greeted us and was super welcoming in seating us down and interacting and checking up on us as we waited for our tour to start. It was only the 2 of us on tour, and our tour guide Snappy made it really special! She led us through a brief yet fascinating historical overview of Oklahoma's history with the Prohibition and alcohol laws. I should preface and say that we enjoy tasting spirits but seldom do we partake in tasting them, especially just neat. We were able to taste the Prairie Wolf gin and the Garden Society Gin next to each other, as well as the 2 Garden Society vodkas, a Coffee Liqueur, as well as a handful of whiskeys and ryes in the whiskey/rye aging house. It was really a great experience getting to learn more about the spirits as well as the efforts that go behind developing them. You can taste the difference between their spirits and some of the more artificially flavored products on the market (esp vodka). We would've never learned some of our favorite types of spirits if not for this visit - we really felt like it broadened our horizon and was a grand ol' fun time! For $30 for 2 we felt like it was a steal. We also ended up buying a few bottles for ourselves and family/friends, and there was a great discount for buying over 6 bottles, with the prices being quite reasonable to begin with. We also stayed for Grayson Graham's live music @7pm and enjoyed his music a lot as well. We would love to take some out of state friends and return some time in the future. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to support a local distillery who distills and produces in house!
We had a stellar time at the Tour & Tasting today and Snappy may be the best tour guide in Oklahoma! 10/10 recommend and we will be back🥃
Absolutely perfect place for a tour and tasting, plus learning a little Oklahoma history
Snappy Girl gave the best tour! Wonderful bourbon, vodka, gin and coffee liquor.
We really enjoyed the experience! Snappy and Donny made us feel like we were family and told stories about the history of spirit making. We look forward to going back very soon!
Good job ?
Had the best experience touring the WanderFolk distillery!Duty and his staff provided awesome service and made our entire party feel welcome.I should start by saying, I am not an aficionado or professional spirits drinker, just a normal dude. So my knowledge of distillery nomenclature and science is bottom of the barrel stuff. That being said…At the beginning of the tour, we were provided a rich history behind the distillery and the role it played in Oklahoma! We discussed everything, from the original local news clippings and photos they had framed and displayed throughout the lounge, to the local and exotic ingredients they use in their spirits. For many of us in our group, we had never participated in a spirit tasting, but Duty was there to walk us through and provide a plethora of knowledge pertaining to their craft. Everything from the gin, vodka, and bourbon was amazing… and I thought I would never like gin, the garden party is delightful and fresh! After the countless tastings, we then pushed our chairs in and got to tour the Distillery, followed by their spirits aging house, where they keep all of their White Oak barrels and other cask containers. We even got to taste some rare espresso dessert whiskey from one of the barrels. We got some great pictures too!We grabbed some bottles of our favorites and some merch on our way out (Burgundy Old Moses T-shirt). We can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of WanderFolk!

Omg their liquor is amazing! Thank you Andy Crittenden for showing me this brand! I usually hate gin and flavored vodkas but their stuff has blown me out of the water. The bottles are gorgeous and the liquor is soooo smooth. I’m genuinely surprised it’s not way more expensive. Will definitely be buying a bottle of my own! Great customer service and even better liquor!
Bartender was awesome! She was good at her job, attentive, informative, and easy to talk to. This was a different experience than we were expecting. You order your drink with their locally distilled liquor. They fix the drink and serve the alcohol on the side for you to taste and add in. Our preference on their liquor was the Garden Club Vodka(stunning bottle, great taste), Same Old Moses Rye Whiskey(comes with a Carrie Nation hatchet), and Prairie Wolf Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur(best coffee liquor I’ve ever tasted). The liquor was wonderful we had to get some to bring home with us and as gifts.
We love nothing more than to be able to say there's an actual local distillery just an hour-ish from Shawnee where we can proudly #drinkoklahomaspirits! We were first introduced when we attended a bourbon tasting and tour a few months ago, and we became instant fans! Jeff won us over with his incredible hospitality and passion for your products. I’ve even begun giving bottles of spirits as gifts to our more free spirited real estate clients. When we find something we love, we wear it OUT.Now on our radar (and us on theirs!), we learned about a new event where a small group of about 16 people gathered at their adjacent bar and learned about their gin-making process and rolled up our sleeves to make a couple easy gin cocktails. It was so fun! We met a few more people and really enjoyed ourselves. Came home with a bottle of their extraordinary Garden Society Gin and two recipes we’ll be shaking up at home! Count us in for future cocktail-making classes and just a random drop in whenever possible. Also, there's a perfect space for you in Downtown #ShawneeOK when you're ready to branch out :)
This is a must stop if you are traveling and want to relax. Great atmospheresuperb spirits and the folks there are wonderful.
Walked in late one afternoon and was immediately greeted by Jeff, the master distiller. He was an excellent and hilarious host and spent a good amount of time making us feel welcome. Can’t recommend this distillery experience enough!
