I love the food but the staff never answer the phone for pick up orders. I called one day for a hour. Finally someone answered and she said even though they had been open for a hour, that no cooks had showed up and she couldn't make anything. They lost my business and I went to another pizza place that day. I just tried to call again a week later and no one answered the phone again

Doesnât give accurate delivery times. Then you call for an update and they say um uh ya shouldnât be too much longer. This is after waiting an hour that they quoted during check out. Food is sub par at best. Customer service is worse. Brock Brody Cody Jody whoever is managing this business needs some serious training in customer service front facing and over the phone.

I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. A whopping 4 MILES FROM THE RESTAURANT, and over 2 hrs later Iâm having to make my 2nd call to ask where the hell my food is. First time was told the delivery driver was in route to my house. Call back 30 minutes later and they said itâll be here in 14 minutes because he was already out. So when I asked him how theyâre gonna make this right she said I can add in another cinnamon sticks to your order which let me catch her in a lie because the orders never left the store. And when I asked to speak with the manager or how theyâre gonna make this right I got told nothing that she was as âclose to a manager as I was going to get.â So I will be paying a visit to this store in person tomorrow to speak with the store manager. Do NOT use this place. Seems like itâs ran by Gen Z.
