Simple Simon's Pizza

The staff and owners are amazing and always go above and beyond for our community. Food is great, price is hard to beat. Definitely a favorite in our town

This was an incredibly horrible, frustrating experience. Online order placed ahead and they expected me to wait an entire hour past when it said it'd be ready. I ordered a single calizone online, which said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived exactly 20 minutes after ordering. I was then told they were very busy and I would have to wait. So I patiently sat down to wait without complaint, even though they clearly weren't busy in the store, thinking maybe they had a lot of online orders. 20 more minutes pass by and I go ask about the status of my one single calizone. I was then told it wouldn't be ready for 40 more minutes. This is already 40 minutes after I placed the online order, 20 minutes after it said it'd be ready, and they expect me to wait another 40 minutes for ONE calizone? The staff half heartedly apologized but didn't seem to care much, and this will be my last time ever visiting this location. In the past the service was great and on time but this experience, lack of explanation, and the complete lack of care by the staff made sure I'll never go here again.

This is a nice little pizza joint with good pizza. I got two mediums and they were a tiny bit petite but they were good and these were not out of the normal range of size, i think I'm just a chubby boy for life and that's him talking lol and my order was completed promptly. The staff was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. They have a small game room and overall a good amount of seating. Perfect for families. They also have a veterans wall of honor which is always something nice to see. They also have an app with good deals on it and they definitely have good deals when it comes to large orders so if you got like a baseball league or this or is that going on and you need a lot of pizzas Simple Simon's Pizza is the place to go.

I've been waiting almost 2 hours now to have 1 single pizza to be delivered and it still hasn't come. The wait time was 45 minutes.

Edit. Its now been over 3 hours close to 3 and a half I've called 3 times and even had my husband call who's in the hospital and they said I cancelled my order. I did not! So now my family doesn't have dinner! I'm so mad and frustrated. This is not how a business should operate and I was an assistant manager for 10 years in fast food. This is unacceptable and disgusting! Simple Simon's get your life together!

They seem like they don't want to be there and took 25 minutes after ordering for one cal zone as I was the only one there with no phone's ringing.

This is only my second time getting pizza here and I was called to verify my online order (because I forgot a couple things). I had mentioned to him on the phone that I was sitting in the parking lot and when it was ready he brought it out to me (it was raining) so I didn’t have to come in. Great service!! Will definitely eat here again. And thank you sir, I didn’t get your name!!

Poor girls in there need some help tonight. 1 cooking 1 taking orders. Both very very sweet.
Told 20 minutes wait, got there within the time. Was another 45 before the food was ready.
Love what this place does for their community but 2 people working there he dinner rush isn’t ideal for good service :(

My grandkids & I stopped in bc we needed a quick dinner after soccer practice, but also a place to finish homework. It was an hour til closing, but none of the staff had an attitude about it, as I've experienced in other places close to closing. Staff were friendly, orders were correct, they even checked back on us to be sure everything was OK & if we needed anything else.
Let me tell ya, nothing motivates the completion of homework like a fresh, hot, BEAUTIFUL pizza staring one in the face!
The pizza was amazing; we all enjoyed it immensely. My grandson now wants to attempt THE BEAST eating challenge with his dad. I can't wait to witness that!
We'll definitely be returning!

The owner is so sweet! They do so much for Our High school programs and the community. We are new to the district and enjoy coming here for Tuesday night buffet and watching football during practices. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I do wish the cashiers were more personable but that comes with time I’m sure. Overall a great place to hang out and eat!

We’re staying at a KOA campground. Called & ordered the Big 8 calzone & cinnamon bread sticks. The only negative was the driver couldn’t deliver to our campsite. Could only drop off at office. (Probably a KOA rule). When calling, speak to a real person, computer ordering not as easy to do. Food was excellent. Delivery driver very friendly. Ordered was delivered as promised.
