I ordered a drink from here through the app and the Dr Pepper taste was off (must've been out) so I went back through the drive through to see if they could remake it for me. The manager refused to remake the drink for "free" and suggested I repurchase another even though I had just gotten my drink and taken one sip of it. They said they would change the dr pepper but that was the only solution they provided. Unhelpful management, I reached out to Sonic Customer Service and they were able to help me. Will not be coming back to this location

Ordered a sausage toaster meal with extra bacon. My tots were so salty I couldn’t even eat them. The 1 tot I tried also tasted like it had been fried twice in oil that’s 1 month old. At 7am? We’re doing this poor of work this early now? I paid $2 for them to put ONE slice of bacon on my sandwich. Talk about a rip off.
It's sonic. Depends on the day if it's good or bad. Usually done fast though.

For every INDIVIDUAL ORDER I make that is messed up/beyond disappointing I’m happy to leave another review. And I feel as though it is not fraudulent if it’s reviews for each, individual, order. Lord knows I’ve got enough google accounts anyway cause I refuse to sift through spam emails all the time. So again: -Put the amount of whatever we ask for extra on, charging whatever for the extra. Don’t make it LOOK like extra while using the same amount as usual. -fries are never fresh -auto generated responses to negative reviews are not helpful. -I’m stubborn, and want what I want, and am happy to pay what’s necessary to get the item I want + extra. Adding extra takes two seconds and we never come during crazy rushes so I’m not massively inconveniencing workers or other customers. So I will keep ordering my craving, and will keep being upset when my order isn’t right, and will keep leaving reviews for every order that’s not done correctly.
Placed a mobile app order ahead. Checked in immediately. Waited over 20 minutes in stall 10 with no updates. Went to the drive thru and the drive thru person couldn't find my order. They said maybe I placed my order to a different Sonic. I confirmed the address/location. They eventually found my order. My food and fries were cold. My Sonic Blast was melted and there was no evidence of extra Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Paid extra for nothing. My shake was so melted down too! Terrible food and service!!
