If I could give negative stars I could. This is the most slowest locations ever, waited for 45 mins for two shakes and drink. Pressed the button and the girls said oh it’s right here then, some lady came out and was like what’s y’all’s problem the not getting my order inappropriate time is the problem.

Sonic is my go-to for the speed and customer service. I have a 30 minute drive to work. I placed the order to be ready at a certain time (about 5 minutes, which is normal). But instead, I showed up and waited 20 minutes, called 5 times (nobody answered), then went to the drive through. I told them why I was here and they brought the food instantly, meaning it had been ready. And the fries were cold.
I wouldn't have been this upset if someone had told me it would be a while. But due to very poor service, this location has lost my business. I will get my Sonic elsewhere.

My husband and I went to sonic in harrah on 23rd st. They got everything right, or food came out quickly and was hot. Our drinks were not watered down or taste like soda water. Really great experience, thank you so much to the people working. Great job!

I had the worst chicken strips I've ever had from this location. It was strange because the chicken strips were a darker than normal color, but they had zero crisp to them, they tasted like old oil, and the meat was as tough as rubber. What is sad is I sat at the location waiting for a considerable amount of time for these. I forgot to mention that they were cold, so the whole experience made absolutely no sense. Not cool for how much they charge.

I ordered a drink from here through the app and the Dr Pepper taste was off (must've been out) so I went back through the drive through to see if they could remake it for me. The manager refused to remake the drink for "free" and suggested I repurchase another even though I had just gotten my drink and taken one sip of it. They said they would change the dr pepper but that was the only solution they provided. Unhelpful management, I reached out to Sonic Customer Service and they were able to help me. Will not be coming back to this location

Ordered a sausage toaster meal with extra bacon. My tots were so salty I couldn’t even eat them. The 1 tot I tried also tasted like it had been fried twice in oil that’s 1 month old. At 7am? We’re doing this poor of work this early now? I paid $2 for them to put ONE slice of bacon on my sandwich. Talk about a rip off.

They don’t know what easy ice means however. A RT 44 filled 3/4 with ice and very little coke is not easy ice. Let’s learn to read the order!!!!
