Wouldn't make my sandwich how I wanted it went down the street to the other subway they did it how I wanted it PS she said she was the manager but didn't listen to the customer

This is my go to subway now!! There's a young lady who works there, Katie I think. She was so sweet and helpful. Ill definitely be coming back if she's there!

It's an ok sub way but when I ordered off of door dash once the lady at the restaurant did not want to do any part of the order. That's why service gets a NO.

Just had the worst experience with the drive through worker. She was just plain rude. Last time I visited the manager advised me to use to the drive through to order as I have two small littles in car seats and it’s a hassle to unload just to order at a fast food place. I told the worker this and she flat out said no, was rude and refused to take my order. 0/10.

Didn’t even get food. The employee was unprofessional, rude, and didn’t comply with the ADA.
Don’t waste your time, just drive into Choctaw much nice store with much nicer staff.
One of the girls there applies an automatic tip. Doesn’t even ask you. On the little tiny monitor it shows correct amount however when you get receipt you’ll see you actually got charged a higher amount than actual price because worker adds tip

I spent 45 minutes to get my online order. Only 3 people were ahead of me once I got to the store and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my order while I sat and watched them make people’s who showed up after me.
The 2 team members were great, very polite, very apologetic. We went to this location on the way home for dinner. They had No Bread, No Sliced turkey, no prepared vegetables. The manager of this location needs to be replaced, to leave her store unprepared for there dinner business is totally unprofessional. The amount of business you are losing because you are too lazy to take care of business. I feel sorry for your team to have to work for a unorganized, unprofessional lazy manager. How's your team supposed to care and perform if you as a leader does not. Do Better!!!
My husband kids & niece went to subway to eat. I did an online order pull up to the window. The MANAGER came to the window said “do you have an online order?” I said “yes” she said “well you’re gonna have to wait” and slammed the window. The other young lady came to give us our food and I asked if they had a manager on duty and the manager said “that’s me” then we spoke about calling corporate because they way she spoke to me was unacceptable & incredibly rude she then just kept saying “do it” then tried to shut the window before giving us our drinks then tells me and my husband both “yall just wait” I’m still unsure what we are waiting on but this place is incredibly unprofessional & that was unacceptable.
