Harrah location not good service
I was pleased to see two sandwich artists on duty. Kinda' busy, but we got through the line in no time.
I got, "The Boss" and ate it to the Glory of God!

Young lady behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful. She threaten a customer and then during the conversation her mom came in and started harassing the same customer and threaten bodily harm. This young lady needs to be fired.

The managers here don't do their jobs right they pick on autistic guys and fire them even though their assistant manager and the other crew members do the same thing as autistic guy and they don't get wrote up on fire so the managers pick favorites and I just wanted to suggest this place cuz it's an awful place

Not sure who is running the place, but the last 3 times I've ordered from this specific Subway they always have some kind of issue. Not having any bread at all, not making the sandwiches that are ordered ahead on the app so you have to wait another 15 minutes or so for them to actually make them, or only having 1 type of bread available. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to waste your time

I used to have a good experience here up until a couple of months ago. This place has fell down the hole pretty quickly. I have been coming here for over a year & they used to take drive thru orders. Now, suddenly they don’t. Several times I have went in & they simply ignored a line full of people or didn’t have anything laid out. It was all put up well before closing & I am not usually the person to show up RIGHT before an establishment closes, I didn’t that night either. Anyways, whoever see’s this… please do better. I have noticed it is ALWAYS short staffed too so that might be a prime issue.

Every time I go here I have a bad experience. Would not have left a review but it is something else each time at this location. I keep going back for lord knows what reason. 1st experience the lady watched us sit at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order before I asked her politely to do her job. 2nd experience have seen multiple people order drive through at this location but the lady today said we do not do drive thru. I will never stop at this place again.
I just wish that my local subway had employees that are friendly and for their customers

They close at 10. We came in at 8pm and they have no meatballs, no footling pretzels, nothing really to choose from. Don’t stay open late if you don’t have everything you advertise.
For weeks (months?) this location has only had one type of bread (wheat) but instead of updating their website or ordering services they wait till you arrive to ask if you "want wheat". You have my phone number, you should have called and confirmed that 25 mins ago before I showed up. Once I agreed they then began to make my order. Turning my wait time to close to an hour for three cold sandwiches. This location needs better management.
