I used to have a good experience here up until a couple of months ago. This place has fell down the hole pretty quickly. I have been coming here for over a year & they used to take drive thru orders. Now, suddenly they don’t. Several times I have went in & they simply ignored a line full of people or didn’t have anything laid out. It was all put up well before closing & I am not usually the person to show up RIGHT before an establishment closes, I didn’t that night either. Anyways, whoever see’s this… please do better. I have noticed it is ALWAYS short staffed too so that might be a prime issue.

Every time I go here I have a bad experience. Would not have left a review but it is something else each time at this location. I keep going back for lord knows what reason. 1st experience the lady watched us sit at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order before I asked her politely to do her job. 2nd experience have seen multiple people order drive through at this location but the lady today said we do not do drive thru. I will never stop at this place again.

For weeks (months?) this location has only had one type of bread (wheat) but instead of updating their website or ordering services they wait till you arrive to ask if you "want wheat". You have my phone number, you should have called and confirmed that 25 mins ago before I showed up. Once I agreed they then began to make my order. Turning my wait time to close to an hour for three cold sandwiches. This location needs better management.

It seems like this place is run by a lot of the Harrah school students, but always run very well! It's very clean and the food is always FANTASTIC here! I prefer this store better than the other 2 that are about the same distance from me.

Placed an online order it was done in the amount of time that it said it would be done but when I picked up the order the girl working was rude. Got home with order and found out that it was completely wrong we called to tell them about it and she hung up the phone, so we drove back up there for her to tell us that someone else had bagged it wrong when she was the only one out there both times I was there. She had an attitude the entire time she remade our sandwiches. I will never be back to that location again!

Sub was made better than most subway shops I've been to lately. You could tell the ladies took care to assemble the subs not just throw them together.Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair friendly inside but parking lot leading in is not as friendly. Small lot with few parking spots and a 45 degree incline ramp to the storefront. Has a dive through in haraah however which is a huge help
