I come here everyday 1-2 times a day! I order on the sonic app for the happy hour drinks. They always have a smile on their face and they are always very nice. Every now and then they will make a mistake but they always fix that mistake by replacing my drink for me! Sometimes you just can’t make some people happy but I think yall are great!
Had order the 6 piece chicken meal wasn’t fresh and when I got home no grav or toast the other time cold food toast was like it’s been there all day and no gravy plus ordered a hamburger with cheese no cheese wa not on
The sonic in heavner Oklahoma was on spot, our hole order was all there and we ordered for 3 adults and 3 kids. Food was cooked right tasted right and the person taking our order was really patient with while ordering she even took time to read back our order to us. Very satisfied with this sonic. Beats all other Sonics, (hence enid, Cherokee ext.)
