We went there early afternoon and the waiters were very responsive to fill our glasses and bring our food. The food was quite reasonably priced from the lunch menu it was delicious and hot and lots of it.
Unlike the Heavener Runestone, El Celaya Mexican Restaurant is authentic. I would classify it as being on the TexMex end of the Mexican food spectrum. Chili gravy on the tamale and the enchiladas. Yellow cheese topped the taco and the enchiladas, that were both filled with zesty flavorful ground beef. It turned out to be a delicious find, making today's drive to Heavener on this beautiful fall day even better. The restaurant appears to be new and well maintained.
