My Pollo Asado dish was prepared nicely. Plenty of flavors. That fried jalapeno was muy caliente but good at the same time. Will be back again

So let me start with saying it's Summer in Oklahoma & 103° outside. We stopped by around 1PM & the temp inside the restaurant was HOT. We were sweating by the time we left. Other than that the food was great! I ordered the horchata (could have been a tad sweeter) and the enchiladas. The extra spicy red sauce is fire, but delicious! The chips, queso, & salsa were really good. The waitress was very nice & asked what I thought about the horchata because they are trying to get the recipe just right. We will be back!

Fabulous family owned restaurant. The owners son was our server, He's an amazing young man who made our experience worth 10 stars & the food was great! Eat @ Gaviotas, you won't be disappointed!

The MOLCAJETE was delicious! I’ve never had anything like it! It had cactus ?, and all types of meats! It was super great it had a red sauce on the bottom. Me and my hubby enjoyed it❤️

You wont ever NOT see a line here. Rain or shine. Deliriously delicious. Their flavors are ON POINT! You cant go wrong with anything you order. My favorite are the hard tacos. You will find them located beside 81 Services. Under the DC trailers sign. A bright yellow food truck. Stop and grab a burrito, tamale, breakfast or lunch!!!!
