This place is a hidden gem in the small town of Hennessey, Oklahoma. Super friendly owner, prompt service, quality food and reasonable prices. The Farmhand Breakfast bowl looks amazing (I have only watched it be eaten by my husband and a family friend), breakfast burritos are tasty and large, cold coffee has a slight brown sugar flavor and it is always good.
If you are passing through or need a road trip to Hennessey, you should check out Sparky's. A cute little place to have lunch with lots of options. Don't be shy to ask for suggestions from the staff since there is so many options. My choice was the White BBQ on a pretzel roll with a side of pasta salad. I had the biggest sandwich at the table and the pasta was creamy and tasty.

Great people with a large assortment of food and drink items. Specialty coffees, flat bread pizza, hamburgers, salads, sandwiches and so much more! They make lots of flavors of homemade ice cream and THE BEST lemon and coconut cookies I've ever had. You will NOT regret trying this place out. Everyone will find something to love!!
