Ordered 11/29/24.. out of ice. Fries ice cold.. Ordered a medium, received less than a child’s menu-size fry all dumped at the bottom of a bag, not a single fry in the holder, fry holder tossed at the top of the bag.. They didn’t even make it look like they tried to put fries into it. Service? Rude. Lazy. This location gives BK a terrible reputation.

Went thru the drive thru and it took forever, There was only 2 people working.
This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly and fast, the food was great and the vibes? Immaculate. Burger King crowns galore, a bumpin soundtrack. It was a party. Husband and I put on crowns and sat in the armchair section. Felt like burger royalty. 10/10

They had 3 people working when I was doordashing and were SWAMPED. Wait time wasn't bad considering. Went back for my personal staff was very friendly, food was fresh, and fast. Went to McDonald's before and the had 4x as many people working with no where near the line and the wait was alot longer. Thank you

I am leaving this review specifically to say that me and my family came in today (7/28) around 11:30am. It became pretty busy around this time. The team was very understaffed and everything that could go wrong, was going wrong. While all of those things were going on the manager was juggling A LOT and doing what she could as well as doing multiple jobs at once. Her team (the other 2) did not seem to be very helpful at all. Arguing with her calls, not helping to problem solve, leaving the manager to do a lot of things on her own. Me and my family were saddened to see the lack of help the manager received during this time. Although we could tell she was struggling, she did a great job doing all she could. She was still very friendly and apologetic. I wish I could have given her a hug but she was so busy trying to keep the business afloat! I hope she is okay, gets a team that can problem solve, will help her, and is able to follow her lead without arguments to ensure that customers and quality come first. I am appreciative of the manager. Bless her!

The service was good and the people were friendly. Unfortunately, the place was very dirty, and when customers weren't being helped, the employees stood around talking. Again, good people, but they should be managing their time better and accomplishing their tasks. When I say "very dirty," I mean we had to settle with the least dirty table. Food was laying around, spills on the floor, etc. Perhaps some POE training for the future.
