Great, fast service...and good, hot food! The bathrooms (both men's and women's) were not clean. Otherwise, I would have given this KFC a full 5 stars.

I’m not putting any stars for this place my brother had found a piece plastic in his chicken and he’s handicapped went down showed them that piece of plastic and they didn’t care what if a kid was to choke on that they obviously don’t care about anybody’s well being or the kids don’t eat at kfc you might get a piece of plastic in your food and they also tried telling that it didn’t come from their store but it obviously did

My mobile order was wrong fries were old and biscuit were hard. Manager argued with me about the fries on my phone call saying they were fresh she said she watched them dump them but at 12:40 they tasted like they had been there since opening…. But of course me the customer was wrong . I’m over this location I’ll be going up the chain with my complaint

Came in at 730 and glad we did! Best KFC we've been to. Guy working the front was awesome and very nice. We definitely gonna make the hour drive up this way.

Had to wait 4 minutes before anyone even greeted me at the drive thru. Then the guy working the drive thru was on his phone when I got to the window, and had to wait for him there too. Tried to short change me and only filled my drink up half the way. Normally I don't do this, but I have worked for KFC before and am still also in the service industry. This place needs help, because what they have there ain't going to make them any money. I'll drive the twenty minutes to the next town next time, or choose another restaurant.

Terrible Service. App was not working and tried to order at drive thru. Can’t be done. Couldn’t go inside to order either. Manager was rude, disgusting, unclean looking and told my family of four to go eat at Sonic next door. I’ve been in retail business over 40 years. That employee would have been dismissed on the spot. Will never go back there. Michelle was wonderful when she worked there. This new manager is awful. What she serves isn’t fit for the garbage can.

Been going to KFC for some time in Henryetta Ok. They need to change out their pot pies more often as sometimes they are very dried out but never complained. Got a biscuit several days ago that was nearly hard as a rock. No apology or offer to rectify and in fact they acted mad because I went in to complai. I will never return again over a 99 cent biscut. They likely throw many away each night so like it would have cost them nothing. Also had a very hateful server in the Mukogee location that literally threw the food at us; some even fell on the ground. Mgm admitted they do not train their employees and most are kids in need of guidance. I gave it a 1 star rating although this system seems to not go bow 3 stars.

Prices are just to dang high for chicken. But it was what you expect for food when at KFC. Love the pot pie but this time it was a little dry.

Very bad service. Got these from Henryetta kfc. They just slop it in the cups and just threw them in a bag and gave them to me.

we have repeatedly given this restaurant the opportunity to provide good food and service and not once in nearly six years have they done so. menu items unavailable hours before close on a daily basis, a chicken ace that has no chic ken. management is horrible, don't waste your time.

I spent $32.00 on an 8 piece . My sides were coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy. I didn't get the gravy. Is that considered a side now ?
